I agree with many of your awards but Brad Faxon is a good guy and guest on WEEI. There are literally hundreds of professional PGA members who have not won a major ; he is from New England ; and he raises hundreds of thousnads of dollars for charity EVERY year. Not every golfer can be as good as Tiger or Lefty. Give him a break
a- Paid EEI employees or D&C office gofers, like untalented Metaperel, doing PR after your piece
b- friends of Brad that lack the honesty to face reality and call it as it is.
Guys, do me a favor, please stop defending the undefensible. Brad segments are indeed brutal and D&C trying real hard to come up with things to talk about or propping up “Wonderful Brad’ swings as so great and hard to repicate is nauseating.
It is awful radio at its worst and a very weak attempt at promoting hosts frineds.
The charity work you cite helps Brad more than he helps the charity: it keep him in the public eye, with bonus points and more relevant he would otherwise be, as a second class golfer.
Boston Sports radio would see the light of day when D&C are off the air. Especially Callahans rants are insufferable and so pompous. No class and no intelligence.
At least you can learn something about some national sports team or event by listening to more entertaining but still flawed Mike&Mike on Espn.
How do you say: dearth of talent…(in Golf and on air) They are what they are by default of real talent.

Brad Faxon Is a terrific guest. Funny, not afraid to step on toes. You think Tiger with all his corparate gigs, would be so outspoken?
These two Brad defending clowns must be either:
